Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Useful Tools LLC for your use of No Sweat Fantasy. By creating an account, accepting an invite, or using the service, you agree to these terms and the rules shown for each league you join.

No Sweat Fantasy is a free sports entertainment game. Every balance, stake, and return uses Play Credits. Play Credits have no monetary value. There are no deposits, purchases, entry fees, transfers, redemptions, cash-outs, money, goods, services, or prizes.

No Sweat Fantasy is not a sportsbook, does not place a wager for you, and does not provide financial or wagering advice. You may not sell, transfer, redeem, or exchange Play Credits or use the service to arrange or settle a side payment.

You must be at least 18 years old, live in the United States, and be legally permitted to use the service where you live. Do not create an account or use No Sweat Fantasy if you do not meet all of these requirements. We may restrict access when needed to comply with law or app marketplace requirements.

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in secure, and do not publish private invite links or one-time codes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Each person may use only their own account and league identity.

If NSF offers an AI assistant connection, it is optional and off by default. You may authorize only your own account and may revoke the connection at any time. Read access and any exact pick permission remain separate. Do not share connection credentials or authorize an assistant to act for another person.

Picks are pregame only. Server time, the current published league board, event status, league rules, and available Play Credits decide whether a straight pick or permitted parlay is accepted. If a line or price changes before acceptance, you must review the updated terms and choose whether to continue. An accepted pick keeps its recorded terms.

Sports schedules, lines, scores, corrections, and service availability can change. Displayed information is for gameplay and is not a promise that an event will occur or that a result is final before the service records settlement. Commissioner corrections are recorded in the league audit history.

An assistant may not choose a selection, recommend a live side, or bypass NSF rules. Any future exact pick tool must use the selection and stake you stated, remain within your enabled permissions and personal limit, and complete the required NSF confirmation. Changed terms always stop assistant placement and require review in NSF.

Do not misuse invites, impersonate another person, coordinate picks through multiple accounts, probe or disrupt the service, automate account activity outside an NSF connection you intentionally enabled, attempt to bypass league limits, manipulate results, or use the service for unlawful conduct. We may suspend or end access to protect members, competitive integrity, or the service.

We may update, correct, pause, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the revised terms with a new effective date and provide any additional notice required by law. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
